In 1989, general manager Fang Weizhong took over the former Huangshan building materials decorative board factory, which is located in Zitong Road, Jixi County and is on the verge of bankruptcy. Relying on four small instrument lathes, he established Jixi light industry chain factory, which covers an area of only 1500 square meters and employs only about 30 people. At that time, the national economic system was in the stage of transition from planned economy to market economy. In order to seek the survival and development of the enterprise, director Fang Weizhong led us to try the production and sales of a variety of products. Finally, combined with the market environment and the actual situation of the enterprise, he positioned himself in the processing and production of chain accessories, laying the first cornerstone for today's Huangshan industry and Huangshan Zhongyou.

In 1992, general manager Fang Weizhong boldly introduced the first full-automatic cold roller machine developed by Tianbao company of Nanjing Light Industry Machinery Factory after in-depth and rigorous market investigation and analysis, which greatly improved the production efficiency of roller and sleeve of chain accessories and product quality. The enterprise quickly became the main supplier of high-quality accessories for major manufacturers in the domestic chain industry. In 1999, in order to meet the needs of production and development, the enterprise moved to Dongshan Industrial Zone, Jixi County, covering an area of 6800 square meters, with more than 100 employees, opening a new chapter of development.

The period from 1999 to 2009 is a decade of hard work and fruitful results. In 2000, the company transformed from Jixi light industry chain factory to Jixi Huangshan Industrial Co., Ltd. Fang Weizhong was the general manager of the company. Adhering to the position that human resources are the first wealth of the company, the company actively carried out various management and professional skills training, organized rich and colorful staff activities, implemented the annual awards of excellent employees, and continuously improved the professional ability and team cohesion of the company. At the same time, we fully introduced and implemented the ISO9001 quality management system, further improved the control level of process quality and product quality, and stabilized the company's position as the best supplier of high-quality accessories in the national chain industry. On this basis, general manager Fang Weizhong has a long-term vision and realized that to further develop, we must create our own products and brands. In 2002, Anhui Huangshan Zhongyou Chain Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established with Huangshan industry as the main investor. With the introduction of professional and technical talents, a large amount of R & D funds was invested to develop its own brand "shuaiqiao" and "Zhonglian" steel transmission and conveying chain products. Through years of efforts and recognition and feedback from the market and customers, "shuaiqiao" and "Zhonglian" brand trademarks were recognized as famous trademarks in Anhui Province and Xuancheng City in 2009.

In 2010, the company purchased 65 mu of industrial land in the industrial park of the West District of the county, and invested more than 60 million yuan to build a new factory. In 2014, the enterprise moved into the park as a whole. Under the leadership of general manager Fang Weizhong, more than 260 employees adhered to the new development concept of invigorating the enterprise with science and technology and strengthening the enterprise with science and technology.
